My journey into nutrition began in 2015 while working in the emergency department. At just 21 years old, I was seeing patients my own age dealing with chronic conditions like diabetes, back pain, and respiratory issues—many of which were preventable. That experience sparked a deep interest in the power of nutrition and lifestyle to support long-term health. In 2020, I became a registered dietitian & exercise physiologist and started working in a hospital setting. That same year—during the height of COVID—I also discovered a new passion: boxing.
Today, I combine my love of science, preventative health, sustainable weight management, and combat sports to help others feel their best. Whether you’re looking to improve your everyday health or preparing for a fight, I’m here to guide you in building lasting habits that support your goals.
